Project fees, payment schedules, and engagement duration will be agreed upon before work begins.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

For starter engagements, a minimum commitment (such as a 4-month period) may apply.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for project delivery.

Delays in feedback, content, or approvals may affect timelines and delivery schedules.

6. Intellectual Property

All concepts, designs, drafts, and materials created by Duo Makers Studio remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received.

Upon completion and payment, ownership or usage rights will be transferred as agreed.
